Guns And Garbage

Guns And Garbage is an ongoing community improvement and educational outreach program where those who love liberty band together to openly carry handguns while picking up litter to beautify our streets and our communities. Participation in an official Adopt-A-Highway program is encouraged, but shouldn't be necessary to pick up trash on the side of the road.

The purposes of the Guns And Garbage project are:

Improve our communities by removing unsightly litter from our roads
Present a positive impression of responsible firearms ownership
Generate media interest via a unique and newsworthy event
Offset the negative public opinions of gun owners that are being perpetrated
Provide a focal point for local Right To Keep & Bear Arms advocates
Encourage like minded individuals to meet and socialize
Get a little bit of exercise in the outdoors
Exercise our unalienable right to keep and bear arms

This is going to be a lot of fun.

If you'd like to help us promote the event in Lexington, please call and email your second amendment loving friends and urge them to tell their friends. We need a lot of word-of-mouth advertising to make this go viral and get a good turnout. You can also print the following one page flier to post and distribute to help us advertise this event.
